ABOUT
MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR
I’m Daniel, better known as Dangerous – a name I earned the day I achieved my Red Belt in Taekwondo. It stuck ever since, and if you want the full story, you can read it here.
Kicking has always been my favourite area to master – the balance, mobility, control and power behind it. And I realised something: not everyone wants traditional martial arts, and a lot of people are tired of the same old gym routine. That’s why I created Dangerous Performance Hub.
My classes mix fitness with a strong martial-arts influence. No sparring, no fighting – just effective training built around mobility, balance, bodyweight strength, kicking technique and real-world movement. It’s fun, challenging and designed to build strong legs, healthy hips and long-lasting functional strength.
I’m fully qualified, DBS checked and insured, holding a World Taekwondo Black Belt, a Level 2 Gym Instructor certification and Safeguarding in Sport training. Dangerous Performance Hub is all about smart training, strong legs, and helping people feel capable, confident and powerful in their own bodies.
